The Power of the Gospel

1 Timothy 1:1-17

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the true standard of teaching by which all other teaching, values and behavior is to be judged. There is no new or extra special revelations that supersedes the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And there is no gospel without the cross on which the Prince of Glory died. Without the cross there is no forgiveness and freedom from sin.

Once you alter the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ it no longer has any power.
